Mindtrek has been developed and delivered as a structured, multi-week programme within an integrative oncology setting, in collaboration with the Komen Italia Center for Integrative Oncology at the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli, Rome — combining outdoor sessions, guided online practice, and a heterogeneous group of patients, caregivers, and clinical staff together.

That programme was designed specifically for its clinical context, not adapted from a generic template. I'm open to designing comparable programmes for other institutions — hospitals, universities, research centres — where walking in nature could be integrated as a contemplative or reflective practice for patients, staff, students, or researchers.

Each programme would be shaped around the institution's own setting, population, and goals, in the same way the Gemelli/Komen programme was — rather than delivered as a fixed format.
